Philadelphia Athletic Club Rules and Policies

$10 late fee will be charged to all accounts delinquent 30 days. $10 return fee will also be added to any account that is set up on auto draft and the transaction is declined and unable to process. This can be due to NSF, closed accounts, locked cards, etc.

Philadelphia Athletic Club MUST receive notice no later than 15 days before billing cycle to terminate the membership. There will be NO REFUND of payment regardless of member's attendance. There will also be NO REFUND of payment if member decides to cancel account and it is less than 15 days to the billing cycle. Member's under a contract MUST be out of contract before the account can be cancelled. ALL member's must have a zero balance to cancel.

PAC issues you a membership card for identification purposes. No one else may use your card. If you misplace your card, replacement cards are $8.00.

You must check-in at the front desk and present your membership card. If you do not have your card, the front desk attendant will sign you in.

Minors 12 and under may NOT use the facility and are NOT ALLOWED in any workout areas. They MUST sit on the benches located at the FRONT of the facility for the duration of your workout. NO EXCEPTIONS. Minors 13-17 may use the facility as a guest or member. PAC reserves the right to require that a parent or guardian accompany a minor.

PAC requires you to wear appropriate clothing and footwear while using all areas of the facility. Members must wear a top (tank top, shirt, etc.) at all times outside of the locker room. NO cargo shorts, denim, work boots or open toe shoes are allowed.

Please use gym etiquette whenever using the equipment. Do not monopolize equipment by lingering too long on any one piece of equipment. We encourage that you use our cleaning stations to clean your equipment after use.

PAC rents racquets and balls for $3.00. No street shoes are allowed.

PAC provides lockers for use on a daily basis. Please use a lock to protect your property. Please remove your lock at the end of the day. PAC is not responsible for belongings stored in lockers. We do offer rental options for the lockers if you desire to leave your items at the facility.

PAC does not provide towels for showers. We rent large towels for $1.00.

No alcohol, illegal drugs or tobacco products are permitted inside the facility or its grounds. You cannot use the facility while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No food is allowed on gym floor. all beverages must be kept in a spill proof container.

We do not permit and will not tolerate inappropriate conduct. such conduct includes, but is not limited to, using loud, abusive demeaning language, profanity or any indecent conduct that harasses or is bothersome to members or employees. This includes stealing of PAC property and acting negatively toward and speaking about PAC staff and management. If any member or guest violates any rules or policies, we will ask the person to stop or leave. PAC reserves the right to terminate the violator's membership.
